Scammer Dan or Mr Stupid as he has come to be known gave away Shining Tree for no upfront consideration and the only other asset will probably get lost in all of the lawsuits.
Mr Stupid has taken the company dark by not filing for 2 1/2 years and made it next to impossible to raise funds.
