Why would anyone buy?

The CEO and the company are getting sued by everyone under the sun.

The company has no money.

Scammer Dan or Mr Stupid as he has come to be known gave away Shining Tree for no upfront consideration and the only other asset will probably get lost in all of the lawsuits.

Mr Stupid has taken the company dark by not filing for 2 1/2 years and made it next to impossible to raise funds.

Scammer Dan has really made a mess of things here. The stock is ruined.
