This could also be another reason why BTGI is filing late. Maybe they are hoping the Note Holder dumps most his shares before the filing hits the market. Maybe its best if he takes out all the high 4's so he can be done sooner then later. More of a chance for this to run next week if that happens...When BMIC gets sick of waiting he will take out the high to mid 4's. Unless he does not have that much to dump.
