Because the same scammers are still involved obviously.
Look at the debt. Same people still had debt on the books.
And one of them is Brian Kistler who has had deals with Brian Weber whom I believe is related to CEO Robert Weber.
and Shaun Dietrich through another of his companies he set up who appears to have something to do with filing the financials.
And James DiPrima as CFO has shown up using these same people including using the fiancé of Robert Weber on another of these pinky stocks.
All they have done is thrown a new theme into the shell and will milk it dry just like the others.
