Look at the history of this stock. It has undergone a dozen ticker symbol and name changes, numerous stages of dilution and many reverse splits.
This stock's history is limited to scammers.

Why would a legit management team and organization purchase a company that has been exclusively in the domain of scammers?
If PAOG management team was legit, they would not have purchased or merged with NWAV. They would have run far away from NWAV.
