1) Charts have nothing to do with this stock. It's not cyclical. They lost the license to the Marley name. They haven't filed SEC reports, so it's impossible to tell anything about sales trends.
2) Due diligence? So far we found out months later that the old CEO left in December and we've had a new CEO who has made vague statements about cannabis and "profitability", but nothing about SEC reports, debt. etc.
So again - I ask you - why do you think that this is a "good" price? What do you think the market value of the stock is? How did you come up with that valuation?
