Wrong. Walthers and his henchmen predicted they would win both the Adelstein suit and the New Jersey case. They LOST both; and there is more to come. Not one thing the Walthers cabal has predicted came true ... even remotely true.
Some shareholders will likely continue to hold. Many have gotten out already. Others will sell now, while they still can get something. But all know in their hearts it is over. Otherwise they would be buying all these so called cheapies. But, they aren't buying because they know the facts. Facts are not required to be likeable to be facts.
What some wish was FAKE NEWS ... are facts! Unpopular, unlikable, unsettling, but facts nevertheless.
