The final proxy has not been approved by the SEC and filed with the SEC and mailed to brokers to mail to stockholders. That takes time and needs to be done early enough for shareholders to have a few weeks to vote and mail their votes in and be counted before the meeting.

So there will be no meeting this month. We are at least 6 weeks off, maybe 2+ months away from any AS share change, or name change. By them Mantra Energy might have a $5 mil dollar ERC pilot plant funded. By then the last few million debt shares, from before the April purchase of AWS and lock up of old debt, may all be in my brokerage account with a happy new home :-)

And when that happens, watch out!!!!!
