I don't disagree that the effects of the claims of Globetel acting fraudulently as a result of that announcement has been the key factor in tarnishing the company's credibility. But, we all tend to realize the circumstances of events surrounding that particular deal and fully note that some were laying claim to a fraudulent nature of the company when they didn't even present the facts.

So, by your own admission here, you even seem to discount that the class-actions would be valid as well - if I'm reading you correctly. I mean, you simply can't have it both ways. The company was fraudulent, or the company was not fraudulent in its deal with Internafta.

I think what we're agreeing on is that Internafta's credibility is the thing that should have been called into question, yet Globetel's the company that got that kick in the gut and without merit.

Has everything, all the writing and name-calling toward Globetel helped share price? Of course not. I believe it was incredibly misguided however, and that it's indeed set into motion something that can't be corrected so easily, and because the writers who went to such lengths to target the company's credibility did so with a farther reaching audience than most.
