I'd say there is a high degree of skepticism for some reason.

There's justified skepticism the FDA will not work with Amarin to ever approve another label for Vascepa ever. This is directly based on the actions the FDA has taken in the past. Amarin needs to stop worrying about a relationship with the FDA because it will never improve.
