Diminishing returns, actually. The most valid, strongest patents were the ones that made it through. Everyone knows that. The patents that are essential to the foundation of the technology WDDD is claiming infringement on are still here.

Actually that is not the case that the most valid claims made it through - that is an assumption you are making

Happy to see third party analysis on that view however to prove my point wrong
