Either he working or he isnt ... evidence clearly shows NOT . The line that this takes time is getting old as time itself ! Who buys that line? Anyone in business wont ! It does NOT take year after year to finalize a contract ! Im guessing there isnt even an agreement of terms let alone a deal started . Foot in a door maybe but itll be to benefit acs imo not shareholders ! The hold up imo is getting all fins in place to channel it to acs with financial reasoning as sfor wont have reason to continue except with bankruptcy . Just my opininon which is derived from my dd
