Correct I just wanted to point it out so people set a calendar reminder.

Dilution is coming, but it won't happen for almost a year or more. 20M were registered for equity financing at 10 cents a pop. They have not made it to o/s yet and cannot be sold for 12 months. Float is going to stay 4M for a while. I don;t think anyone is playing this one that far out anyway... I know if I saw $20 pps 3-4 months after buying in at .30 I would be out like a trout.
