Yeah, I think that full contingency for Ropes and Gray thing is a rumor. I've previously asked for actual confirmation and usually get directed to someone else's post or a supposed email, which also can't be verified.
My hope is that Ropes and Gray is not on contingency. That would mean they are certain that revenue, a lot of revenue, is arriving imminently.
