I believe HSN does a reconcile after 90 days from the date of each show.

That would mean it doesn't show up on AR or cash.

I deal with a multi billion dollar company who demands services within 2 hours of calling but I'm still waiting on invoices that have not been processed since March.

It's what big companies do! They laugh at me when I complain saying we give you so much business you can't walk away. Regretfully, they are right
