Also, I wouldn't be too concerned if there may (or may not) BE some new dilution happening. We will get an update in the next few days on the updated OS anyway which will tell us if there has been any happening.
And if there is, and if it's related to the $6,000 August payment for Big Red as you suggest... I wouldn't care or have a problem with it. It would only take around a million shares to cover the payment at current prices for $BTGI. No big deal! And with the 10-Q earnings report and associated news on the horizon the stock is going to go ^UP^ and BE completely unaffected by such a small amount of dilution. Again, if that is even happening. Seriously, I wouldn't sweat it either way! :-)
