Not sure if you also remember, Duke, but not long after the Internafta announcement, Globetel had several positions posted on Monster.com to build-up its staff. Many of those were lower-level engineering and installation positions.
So, to say that Globetel wasn't working toward what they thought was about to be an installation phase in Russia is not accurately accounting for the company's actions around that time. They were in a phase to get that done.
You are accurate, I think, in what you mention about Internafta maybe not being on the up and up - well, that was remideed by sending a formal letter of default to that company for not staying true to its obligations.
It's not that anyone's overlooked it, Duke. It's just that the arguments we've heard lean on the credibility of Globetel and not where the real problem is in reality with that deal.
