No reverse merger. Just typical OTC games. Univec inc a different company that has used the name "Univec" for years. Not a company that just bought it. When this company didn't pay to renew the website, the other univec bought it from Godaddy.

search the board through the years. Nothing happened back then. Nothing is happening now. They owe a few hundred thousand to a Toxic lender NIR/AJW that was busted by the SEC. Price Waterhouse Coopers is the Trustee liquidating NIR/AJW for their investors.

that's why this business never operates. PWC would put a lien on any assset that appears
