They didn't need to 8k that, call the SEC and ask.

And cash will increase 100k ( minimum ) per month now starting in Aug, or possibly in July as the last payment was made on July 7th I believe.

Volume will come eventually, just watch what happens if they ever announce divi's....

no worries here, if I had any I would sell out and move on.
