It is in the running for it, but it could get worse. It could reverse split and dilute some more. It could get itself suspended, so that there would be no chance of it coming back to life.
If either of those happened, maybe Ken's 'friends at the barber shop' might have a word with him about it, if they also bought in (or were given shares).
