If it was simply a business decision and not a lie, he wouldn't have been telling people the day before it was announced it was happening they were still fully committed, he would have kept quiet imo. It also wouldn't have dragged on for two years, again imo. Plus, if almost all of your revenue comes from hlt and CBd oil, why would you not want to be known for that instead of as a software company. It doesn't jive...you can see from the Pps I am not alone in my thinking.
