So JF back when Dan advertised that he was getting the financials audited why did he only audit the past and not have the auditor expose the bogus claims? Dan could then be the plaintiff in a lawsuit and not a defendant. He could PR that discrepencies in the books has caused him to take legal action and Dan is a hero.
Instead he let the auditor do books that didn't really help and allowed the company to go dark after paying so much to bring it "up to date".
That just sounds naive and ridiculous. Dan is past management. He was President and CFO PRIOR TO 2015 and currently for the last 2 1/2 years he has been CEO.
How many years does this clown need to figure out books he helped create? Wow. I can'T make this crap up.
SRSR needs to get its filings up to date or there is no future.
