So JF back when Dan advertised that he was getting the financials audited why did he only audit the past and not have the auditor expose the bogus claims?
Dan could then be the plaintiff in a lawsuit and not a defendant.
He could PR that discrepencies in the books has caused him to take legal action and Dan is a hero.

Instead he let the auditor do books that didn't really help and allowed the company to go dark after paying so much to bring it "up to date".
