Yes..unless an investor has margin account..selling AMFE can make one end up losing money.

I have repeated this many times.

If one is a Trader...best to wait until this stock gets off the pinks.

.. Could not help it and just got 20k sh more at these dips.. I have ira account with scottrade and am told the same thing.. three days.. but I can buy right away.. just cannot sell what I bought with unsettled money for three days... read the warning, mine says not to sell for three days or settlement, maybe yours is different.. ?

I changed my account to margin at Scottrade to get around that 3 day wait. The key is not to use margin money which I don't think you can on penny stocks anyway but at least you can trade faster. Then I think in September it moves to a 2 day wait also. Pick your poison. ;-)
