Float is like 460 million shares. Guy needed some cash. He's had bonuses for nothing for years, now he doesnt, he sold stock to pay for something. It's not an indication that he thinks anything is wrong.

Stop what? What would the share price do if the 10-4 came out and showed that Paul Hauck bought 1 million shares? Using $300,000 of his own money to buy shares.
