The existence of any whistle blowers was quickly denied...something we could have expected whether they exist or not. But you say that they have been identified.
Do you know who they are or are you relying on someone else's representation to you, a friend perhaps, that they have been identified?

How could anyone but the auditors be responsible for the lawsuit. They are the ones that committed the malpractice. Let's see some evidence to support your allegation.
