The drumbeat carries on doesn't it? They've proceeded to (somewhat out of the public purview):

• raise a war chest for clinical trials (largely on their own with partners/AU govt) possibly allowing them to get to commercialization without giving away too much
• utilize (as jimmy667 outlined very well) world class team of intellectual property attorneys/board member to seemingly secure full IP protection until 2035/2036
• hire a 24 year FDA veteran to handle the "considerable number" of planned FDA filings and applications (could BT or FT designations someday be a possibility?) https://www.fda.gov/ForPatients/Approvals/Fast/default.htm
• developed a robust pipeline of potential compounds for a wide range of CNS diseases & cancer (add insomnia soon?)

It is really not difficult to imagine why we have (and will continue to have) detractors and determined skeptics at every turn.

The company is quietly but expeditiously pouring their foundation. Once that's set, I've a sense they will start some LARGE scale construction.
