Majority of the IPR's are terminated and settled much before institution. Settlement could happen anytime during the IPR process. Parties agree on deal and settlement results.
Having said that & IMO this is not the immediate catalyst. Several unknown & known catalysts are in works. Announcement of deals which will come anytime in Q3/Q4 will take off SFOR big time.
