Don’t be so hard on yourself.

The relationship with you all means a lot to me and always will. The damage caused by our blunder is almost incalculable and I have been working 22 hours a day to try and get on top of it all to insure the best results for both our patients and our shareholders.

You will get paid every cent you are owed, even if I have to write the checks from my own pocket. For the moment, the Company cannot write a single check for that amount.I am going to start sending you all something every couple weeks until you get it all, and then add some interest if it takes too long. Shame, shame on us. On the brighter side, I have a referral to make to you guys that I think you will love. They have invented (and have all the patents on) a non?intrusive steering wheel sensor that detects alcohol consumption and can alert a home or commercial monitoring station. They are currently running it on a very solid lease business model in several hundred school buses in Canada, soon to grow to several thousand.

barcode,looks like a very difficult environment till they get topline results and they are just doing the best they can. They must of got less financing than they were promised and had no choice to go forward with the deal cause they needed the money. They are short staffed but they could save themselves more money by having a good finance guy than working Les 22 hours a day. He is nice guy but not a great negotiator. imho brownies and andrew dice clay?

barcode, I do think LP & LG have done a great job getting us this close to the end of Phase III DC-Vax trial and we will all be rewarded with it's success. Sorry for focusing on difficult financings for a small biotech. I believe in Dr.Liau and the tremendous science of her research for two decades. We should focus on the results of topline data.
