Agreed. Investors who purchased all those shares between .0172 and .0271 didn't purchase them for a .01 gain. Otc Markets still has shareholder count as 33 as of Jan 2017. Would be interesting to see how many there are now. Tried the TA. "Not our policy to..."
Who needs shares to be distributed and why? If you say 'to make a market, liquidity' I still don't get it. Who needs the liquidity and why should the company care about that?
I don't like for my shares to be diluted AT ALL. I see no need for it.
It's simply not true that all the shares are locked into strong hands. People will always sell if the price goes high enough.
