For the next ten years, he financed construction and commercial projects in three states and two countries with the accompanying secondary financing. From 1989 to 1993, Mr. Moses created Caribou Mining and Exploration, operating the business as Chief Executive Officer and President. Mr. Moses served as Chairman of Armor Electric, Inc., since May 2004. He served as the Chairman of Defense Technologies International Corp. since May 2016 ands erves its Director since April 30, 2016. He served as a Director of Nevada Gold Corp. since July 20, 2012. He served as an Independent Director at Goldnev Resources, Inc. from October 2004 to November 2013. He served as a Director of Global Freight Integrators Inc. until February 8, 2000. He was President George W. Bush’s Honorary Chairman of the House Majority Trust as well as serving “with distinction” on the National Republican Congressional Committee’s “Business Advisory Council” for the state of California. He is listed in ‘Who’s Who’ in the National directory of “Executives and Professionals”. He attended Brigham Young University in 1976, majoring in business and finance.
