You have not stayed on top of things. We were told in March in the Audio Investor's Update specifically that the closing was delayed. Here is the quote and link.
"Our third pending acquisition property, NeuroFuse, has seized on the same type profile. NeuroFuse has the potential to grow to be a million dollar plus acquisition that will bring Momentous soundly into the e-commerce marketing space both through a retail operation as well as a very strong affiliate operation. The NeuroFuse closing date has been extended until the end of May to allow for Momentous to keep up with all of it current obligations as it prepares to accept additional ones. And to further increase revenues, our NeuroFuse productsmay be offered to our Poolworks and Chimera Game platform users. Once again affording Momentous the ability to profit from outside merchandising but also affording us the opportunity to cross-sell across our own platforms and business groups."
