Thanks for the update, but it still lists that neither date has not been met!

The NeuroFuse closing date has been extended until the end of May to allow for Momentous to keep up with all of it current obligations as it prepares to accept additional ones.

So no update on the acquisition has been released.

Maybe they will update their traders with the new PR coming!
