Major news. They are locking up their 46 million shares for 3 years.. Means they will not sell @ all for that time period. That means they cannot dilute from their shares. Every step they have taken has greatly increased shareholder value. This is a good hold stock.

AS is 100 mil, OS is 50 mil, 4 mil float, 92% of the OS is locked for 3 years that means no dilution, unless they issue more shares from 50 mil left in AS but they are very transparent and file 8K about everything they do. This is just a beginning
