Since India Imports pursued DEWM not vice versa I would say money. Why would any astute businessman that has a $150m in annual revenues want to merge with DEWM?

Growth and revenue, he known more than we do, he see an opportunity, he was an ordinal investor that can pull Marco into a meeting on a Sat.
