There is no indication they are accepting the deal just yet. They have until September 16th to make sure their due diligence conforms to their contemplated purposes for the land. One month to check the water supply, the buildings, fire hazards, flood levels, everything.

If they can't grow cannabis there, they can back out of the deal.
