These foiks aren't kidding around and U can be sure they did lots of prelim. inspections B4 putting down the downpayment, IMO not likely to back out now -- this will SOAR TOMORROW in anticipation of NEWS/ PR confirming they're moving ahead with deal

Barchart: STRONG BUY with "strengthening" directional trend, they haven't updated their figures yet and they'll be blow away by the confirmation news, news trumps charts -- Buy buy

Keep your ASKS high if you're long, don't let shorts "borrow" your shares -- even with the high A/S (the only neg I see here) float is locked pretty tight now. buying/selling is in the narrow 2-tick range and we go UP tomorrow!

Shout out to Morongobill, next posts, for this bit of truth, and be assured that as a Californian who isn't in or near Niptom like you, I love the tranquility and unspoiled nature of the Mojave, majestic in its stark contrasts and wildflowers after rainy season, the clear clear skies: but IF the town is purchased by anyone, and it's been for Sale, better this than condo's by your run-of-the-mill developer... unless YOU want to buy it, it's been "for Sale."
