8k filing....registering all shares under the Employee stock benefit plan. Looks like the company wants the stock in the employee hands before something happens. What is that something? Biogen deal?
Also, on Friday a filing indicating Missling will be making regular, at market, purchases. He purchased 750 shares on Friday. A message to shareholders? Within 45 days of a similar move we jumped from about $2 to $14 with AD trial data. Is this a repeat?
Not 100% certain if today's move was based on Friday's AH news. I didn't see and AH activity on Friday nor did I see any pre market moves this morning. Let's hope something is up and it continues to drive share price higher. I would love to see double digits before news break.
