Yes if the price is at the bid then it is consider sell volume is its at the ask it's a buy...

I hope we are not going much lower then this. Hurts to look at my portfolio lol

Like you said many positive things on the horizon and now that P3 is out of the way I just can't see any reason why we are trading below the teens
