WDDLLC is just place to put license

Willied Duck Diner, LLC is simply a legal place to put the licensing agreement for WDD between Dewmar/WDD and Robertson's KW Brands, LLC, in order to legally separate the restaurant operation from the rest of Dewmar.

Moran is the managing officer of the LLC, but probably not the manager of the restaurant. Hopefully, he hired a good one to manage the day-to-day operations, otherwise, it will probably go the way of the previous two iterations of Willie's Duck Diner, and be closed within two years.

Would love to see the licensing agreement, but because DEWM is no longer an SEC-registered company, and doesn't need to file things like this as exhibits, we'll likely never know.

Willie's Duck Diner is located in Louisiana. Not Mississippi. Also that registration was filed when Willie's Diner in Louisiana was under renovation. So Marco paid a couple hundred $$ to register a LLC in another state. Trying to get suckers to believe he is involved with Duck Dynasty. What a SCAM move.
