Meanwhile it was the first (?) time that the members of the SC and the DMC were publicized together, these were not a top secret / hidden information. All (at least most) of them were identifiable by anybody based on publicly available info ... years ago ... it was a question of time and level of the DD (e.g. the info is in a CV or in a disclosure or in an article ... these were RWE) ... and / or luck ... I identified the principal contract research organization (inVentiv Health Clinical) during my DD regarding something else.
