That's food for thought Bruins0704, many posters on this board have speculated that the massive amounts a shares traded over the last month could be connected to a large order, again only speculation.
We haven't had any T-trades in two trading days, and it looks like MM's are starting to let it breath a bit now. But one has to ask the question, was all that to pay off notes which seemed to be done, and it continued for a while afterward keeping the PPS down at a certain level. Was that to accumulate some operating revenue associated with the hard launch coming up or to cover costs for advertising ect... Or... was it for something else entirely?
I realize this is a bit of a stretch, but what if a partnership with Roku included Roku gaining 51% of the shares in Entertainment Group Inc, with most of it restricted. Roku would then have controlling interest in the company and be the parent company, with #Vivalivetv being a subsidiary. OTTV would still operate as an emerging company, but connected to a much larger one, just like a venture capitalist but one that wouldn't sell their shares after an IPO>
Speaking of an IPO, everything is all valued on a ton of hype and publicity mixed in with gusto and vibrato. What if Roku wanted to use #Vivalivetv as and advertising tool to gin up support for it's own upcoming IPO? Indicating that they are not just a one trick pony and have multiple areas of interest.
That could all be true except Roku just might want #Vivalivetv as 100% ownership and buy it outright. Maybe a good segment of those shares were converted from common shares to preferred shares, thus lowering the float not increasing it.
Whatever, just speculation on what could be happening, but we definitely are connected to some major players in the industry, that's for sure and that will only continue going forward.
