When the technicals and fundamentals support each other, the greatest wealth is created in the markets... some investors follow one or the other, but the savviest Investors use both.

The problem with only following the technicals on a stock like this, is that the type/size news that could come out at any time, can dramatically improve the fundamental picture, resulting in an acceleration of the trend... If one has done the fundamental analysis on AMFE, they should know that significant catalysts are coming near term, leading up to a monster growth report.

Odds are, the trend is going to be up here, based on the fundamental picture, which is powerful information... if one knows the ODDS are strong for higher level in just months, dips should be used to enter/add, not to panic and sell into.

It's one thing if a company always releases fluff, but AMFE keeps dropping news announcing significant growth... When the fundamental picture is improving this fast, you don't want the TA to tell you to be on the sidelines. You only want the TA to tell you when to buy more.

If someone knew for a fact this stock would be $1+ next year, should they get nervous over a drop from .23 to .19?.... it's important to always have a big picture perspective, which can only come from fundamental analysis.

... of course no one can guarantee that this will be $1+ next year, but studying the fundamentals gives the savvy trader their greatest advantage to knowing the long term sentiment/direction...

... and doing PROPER fundamental analysis is key as well. Most penny investors don't know what they're doing. They focus on big revenue numbers, etc and not the OVERALL health of the balance sheet... along with the financing terms, which can tell you how much dilution to expect, before the bad news is released.
