The court ruling means that the allegations in the post were not only incorrect, but libelous and defamatory. Because, if any of those allegations in the post were factual, then the post itself would not be libelous/defamatory; as the truth is a perfect defense against libel and defamation.
Hopefully, investors will now understand that the entire IFUS story regarding the surrounding incident is, and always was, 100% bogus. But, it sure helped to sell stock and get a lot of shareholder loans ... and that was WaWa Walthers' point all along.
