Agree. Any clarification is welcome. Do not agree to your statement that this project will have difficulty to be financed. I am not sure on what grounds you make this judgement

You do realize that 75% of the niobium has already been contracted for. That significantly derisks the entire project.

If that is true than it probably is more advantageous for the existing shareholders that the mine should be sold (bought out) by another larger well capitalized company.
