Vegemite CheesyBite ( vegemite + cream cheese) seems like a better bet for us 'Mericans ... howzabout spread on a bagel, with cream cheese and thin-sliced smoked salmon ... lightly toasted (down) under the quick oven-broiler for a couple minutes ?
Interesting that Vegemite is rich in niacin, aka, Vitamin B3.
