All he's done rape and pillage the company and did absolutely nothing for shareholders,at least now there is a group that trying and willing to spend $$ to develop and build something.

Instead of pocketing $$ for their personal benefit and blaming others.

You might want to consider taking a closer look at the company and its potential.

I guess one could ask the same question about a 30,000 to 1 recent stock reverse after a 15g filing which Berthold never did, then you have unaudited financials, company has no revenues, no product sales even when counsel stated they had products to sell, their CEO states that there is significant consumer interest but they won't sell or make available the products purported to be needed to sell, then right out of the blue with nothing out there and according to your information the marketing right are in question, you have significant trading over the last 3 days compared to the last 18 months.
