Like the correct increase in the AS? It is 750-275 does not equal 500.

The meeting can not be held in 2 weeks, because the proxy is not final, and has not been mailed to shareholders for voting, and there is no way that happens in 2 weeks.

Any new shares sold, will add cash to the MVTG assets. If the new shares are sold at .20/share, then today's way over sold shares are going be going lock up and trading at well over .20/share
