NO...SPCL CEO would have needed to raise the A/S to 12 Billion to INCORPORATE Migme. LOL It was OBVIOUS that when SPCL CEO only Increased the SPCL A/S to 5 Billion, Deal was off. You MISSED the Point.
SO why increase A/S at all then. HMMM.... Oh??? Convertible note on books from written by LEVIN to Himself....
