Do you really think this penny is driven by the Dow? It has always been the same story......the price bounces around before promising good news is expected, which which ends up being BS, and back down she goes. Has little or nothing to do with the market. Maybe somebody will come out with another PR that talks about something a little more solid than how exciting this all is.
